So after having the transmission rebuilt and new drive shaft installed.. I am getting the same amount of movement. The clutch hub is completely tightened down.. There is approximately an 1/8th of an inch of a gap between the clutch basket (carrier) and the nut. Not sure if this is normal or may need to install a spacer. I will try to get some picsThe clutch basket will not budge. It has about approximately a 1/4" of movement but seems to get hung up? I looked and nothing that I can see is stopping it. It appears to hang up on the splines from the transmission shaft ?
I am thinking of taking my heat gun to it to see if there may be some loctite holding it on.
