Probably but need a little more info... Stock pipes? aftermarket? any other changes been made?

If everything else is stock then most likely no. Put a clean set of plugs in and check after riding 20 or more miles. Most likely you will have to adjust your fuel/air screw.
The bike is basically stock at this point. I've added K&N filter and S&S baking plate (to replace the CA emissions). I'm using stock pipes and I completely removed the baffles. I'm getting tons of popping and sputtering on decel.

You removed the baffles or the plugs? The stock pipes have plugs in them. Did you remove the two in the rear and the two in the front? There are four total.

I removed the four plugs out of my stock pipes while waiting for my Stainless Creation pipes to show up. It popped a lot and ran a little crappy. I installed a 31 intermediate and a 76 main and it cleared up pretty well. I still have the stock air cleaner setup but I drilled a nice pattern of holes in the front part of the air cleaner cover.

Didn't know you could get the baffles out as mine were welded in as part of the whole unit.

But that is probably a lot of your problem with popping is you have no back pressure what so ever now.
If you were to buy the BR pipes from BDM they would come with a 31/76 jet combo so you may want to start with that.

Yes you will need to re-jet with those changes.

When I brought my Dog home I knocked the plugs out of my stock pipes and left the intake stock so I could get away with just re-adjusting. After swapping the air filter, and adding the screen to the intake I had to change out the jets.

P.S. I went with 31/78 jets

Thanks for the replies. I will re-jet first. I'm saving up for the RB pipes and pulling the baffles was a temporary solution.

My Bad. There were 4 plugs; 2 on each side. Plugs were removed baffles are still in. I guess it would be difficult to remove welded baffles. LOL
