If everything else is stock then most likely no. Put a clean set of plugs in and check after riding 20 or more miles. Most likely you will have to adjust your fuel/air screw.I removed my baffles yesterday. Do I need to re-jet?
Probably but need a little more info... Stock pipes? aftermarket? any other changes been made?

The bike is basically stock at this point. I've added K&N filter and S&S baking plate (to replace the CA emissions). I'm using stock pipes and I completely removed the baffles. I'm getting tons of popping and sputtering on decel. If everything else is stock then most likely no. Put a clean set of plugs in and check after riding 20 or more miles. You removed the baffles or the plugs? The stock pipes have plugs in them. Did you remove the two in the rear and the two in the front? There are four total. The bike is basically stock at this point. Didn't know you could get the baffles out as mine were welded in as part of the whole unit.I removed baffles and plugs.
My Bad. There were 4 plugs; 2 on each side. Plugs were removed baffles are still in. I guess it would be difficult to remove welded baffles. LOLDidn't know you could get the baffles out as mine were welded in as part of the whole unit.
But that is probably a lot of your problem with popping is you have no back pressure what so ever now.
If you were to buy the BR pipes from BDM they would come with a 31/76 jet combo so you may want to start with that.
