Try a brake line tubing wrench, like the ones on the left.

Yeah, tried em.. I can tear apart a car engine and rebuild it and all that but this scares me.. Just never had a motorcycle engine apart.

Here's the fitting that I'm holding that allows you to mount the oil sensor pointing toward the rear of the bike and the gage coming out the top with a 45* fitting

Worse comes to worse, S&S makes a quickie push rod. You will take some bolt cutters, and cut the old rod out, and replace it with these. They are designed to be installed without removing the rockers.

I'll add to that, I remember changing cams in my first shovelhead and EVO a long time ago and my old man and I cut the push rods with bolt cutters and took them out, then installed the adjustable ones. If that thing is flat out seized up you might have to do that and see if you can order that rod from S&S (or Derek or Curtis). Might want to get one on the way anyway, I can't imagine they're too much as a single piece.
