Excellent resource of knowledge Sven. I'd love to take a shit on your head.
1. If I stood still, your balls dangling on my nose, I'd do some florida stand my ground, slice those right off, super6. Bust my balls, fair is fair if you got the balls to take it as you shit it out. Back to another suggestion if you don't mind.
2. If I move his nuts together, one is going to move more than the other, eventually. I disagree with the air assist.
3. If you removed the pads, meaning, work them in your hands. Reinstall both pads back in again. You can hand lever push them out. However, a lagging one hits the pad last.
4. If you air blow, how can you push the other lagging pad behind? Rotate the pad, but why go thru all that air, when you can push by hand and be in more control taking off the Dev to get to the balls.
5. Kind of 666'd ya. Your post, your handle, your move, your call if you didn't think you'd get a wax job; not thinking = OP first. Excuse me now, I'd Drop a pad, let the lagger hit that next. By the time you figured out you let air in the master, you can still pump what is left and hand pull the pistons out by hand.
6. No mist eating the paint job with air assist. All that liquid is dripping down my 666.
The tech:
A. Water is heavier than oil.
B. That settles to the bottom of the quad-ring.
C. Quad means 4 sharp sides instead of an o-ring.
D. Quad is a thick fat ring and has memory to move back to its own stiff self.
E. Quad sits in white crystal crap that forms under the q-ring.
F. Quad having memory, needs to sit square in it's machined area.
G. If the white crystal builds up then displaces that machined area;
H. It cannot retract the piston. It more pushes from bottom up on the piston.
I. The pads then drag on the disc. The piston is locked and stays.
K. The remedy is to remove the crust build so the seal can remain relaxed; squared. The piston retracts, the pads float on their hangers.
J. Off, Pick up your dick

Go clean it out. Get all that crap out of the groove.

If your brakes drag... Remember tolerance is key. This was a zero thread no one wanted to answer. All of a sudden...
