The K9 is a truly awesome bike. I've built/ridden choppers my whole life, and my 06 K9 is by far the best bike I've ever owned! Handlingwise, they're great. My experience has been that most guys are alittle hesitant to lay'em over far enuf to make a sharp turn (drug my pipes and pegs more times than I care to count), but mine's never disappointed me. You just gota have faith in your rubber. Because my motor is direct mount, there is alot of vibration. But I actually like that. I like being able to feel the motor. However, like virtually ALL choppers, they literally SUCK in a high wind!!! (You'll oftentimes need the whole lane, and then maybe even some more!) But I ride mine practically every day. (06 with close to 30K on it). She gets me to and from work most days, back and forth from errands, barhopping, leisure rides, and long distance jaunts. She is my bestfriend. My temprimental queen. My K9!!!!
