I had a very large order put in with Donna, over 50 items, so it took her a while to find everything. Part of the order was the complete swingarm replacement kit, shaft...Bushings, etc. I didn't want to take the swingarm off until I had all the replacement parts because as I understood the directions, the Spacer on the throttle side is a little larger. I'm on vacation in Kentucky right now, the parts arrived the evening I left so it's all waiting on me. I've got the forks put together but not on the bike yet. I think I mentioned before that the last thing I want to do is have a ceramic Coating put on the bike. With a protective coating I feel more confident with Chrome not getting scratched so I sent some additional items to Spacecoast, Triple Tree, Hand Controls, License Plate Assembly, Wheel Spacers... I'm expecting a call from them any day now on completion. I'll have another shipment for them soon, Primary Inner & Outer, and a few other items. Anyway, things are progressing, but very slowly. I've added the Air ride assembly, the 3" Extended Handlebars, Spike Air, Tribal Forward Controls, Tribal Pegs and Hand Grips, and 'hopefully' the BLOW exhaust. I bought what I could find, then had the rest chromed. By the way, I called Andrew about two weeks ago to remind him of my order. I talked with him about any fitment issues. He assured me they would fit, however...I'm highly skeptical because you just went through all this. What I plan to do is see if I can have them modified and then rechromed. I'm very happy with the decision to completely tear the bike apart because I've found so many additional problems. Even the Bearings (1 year old) in my rear wheel were locked up (rust). Also, the saltwater got between my Struts and rear fender, rusting a large section on both (picture)...if I hadn't taken it apart I wouldn't have found this until it got alot worse. So...I've been doing alot of cleaning and polishing, doing my best to make things look new again (Picture) I'll start putting it all back together in a couple of weeks. Well, didn't mean to write a book. I'll keep you posted.

OMG...this was ALOT of work. Because I'm getting the Ceramic Coating, however it looks when I'm finished will be permanent so I'm striving for perfection! Everything was removed around the motor and transmission so at least it was easier to get my hand in for polishing. I've got some new Lower Motor Mount Bolts that I sent for chrome, so I shouldn't have any discoloration problems in the future. Also, I've still got two small bottles of that Mother's Aluminum polish (paste...cant remember the name) that was taken off the market a few years ago. That stuff is incredible on the final polish. I'll have alot of questions when I begin putting this back together so I'm really counting on you guys.

That Drive Gear in the photo was purchased from Andrew, Barnes Performance. It's a Short Belt Kit, I believe it's two less teeth. Question; Has anyone installed one if these? I'm curious about the Low End performance gain. I also got the EZ-Pull Clutch Kit...it's basically a modified Ball & Ramp...I think? I just decided to put everything on the bike that was always on my Wish-List. Yes...I'm really excited to see this thing come back to life! I'm thinking it will probably take another six months because I have to wait on my paint guy (really backed up). Also, I'm not comfortable changing out the Inner Primary and everything inside (Clutch, Rotor & stator, also new starter...and more). He also needs to do a few minor touch ups on the frame so it's going to be a while until FINAL COMPLETION!
