Whoops... looking back at my last post I see where it could be taken wrong. I wasn't rippin' on BDMPP, just rippin' on outsourced tech support... at the same time, tryin' to see if I could help out Mr Split best I could.

That's one of the problems with online forums, misunderstandings. Either that or it's a problem with my background. Sorry, I was born and brought up in Boston. English is a second language, after "Bostonian". I figure you guys are compensating enough to deal widdit- thanks in advance.

I was able to register and update profile.

The site has to be completed but the exploded parts screens for the K9 are great if they do that for each type of Bike it will be a great feature.

I'm glad to see it up so fast and I hope they complete it and stay alive I plan on ordering what I can from them

Placed an order on 5/1 and my credit card was billed. No response on my order to date. I have emailed them on their site, nothing, also emailed them at their customer service address and comes back undeliverable. Not sure whats going on with them.
