Just checked the web site and my order status show shipped! Ordered service manual on thursday afternoon. :2thumbs:

I don't think the site is up and running like it should, I had no problem signing up but I still get half ass pictures or none at all.

My parts shipped last Thrusday via Fullhouse cycles in Winchester, Va.I tried to register a couple times and couldn't. Maybe later???

I registered also...now if I log in it goes to my profile and I am stuck in that screen.
I hit update and nothing. I dont see anywhere to go back to shopping. I have to close the screen and re-open..and then I am not logged in for all access. ??

I tried Google Chrome, IE, and Firefox and all give the same message "Sorry there was a problem processing your request, the error given was: Invalid Request". I sent them a message on this.:(:(

Split, they send a private e-mail with a password right? I had the same thing as you but hacked around it, here's how: Login with the supplied password and it goes to profile. Fill out what you want (including a new password) and save it. Then log out, close the browser window and log back in with the new password, you should be all set. I wonder if I get tech support points from them? LOL.

I have done this already..as soon as i log in it takes me right back to the PROFILE page and I cant leave that page without closing entire screen and reopening. i start trying to browse and it tells me to log in, i then log in and back to the PROFILE page i go...stuck again. I am sure its me but cant figure it out..

OK man maybe I got this- lol, last try... I forgot a step that might be critical.

You should have got a private e-mail titled: "Response necessary to complete subscription"

Open that e-mail, and the text will read:
"Valued Subscriber,
YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO BDM PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS BY CLICKING ON THE LINK BELOW."

...then just below the text (above) there will be a link with the text:
"Confirm Subscription"

Click on that link and you will get sent to a page that welcomes you.
Then- close that and try to log in again with the new password that you registered with.

Best I can do sir... other than that you might have to call their Tech Support.
"Welcome please to BDM Performance Parts technical support, my name is "Bob"... our greatest concern is in the satisfaction that you will soon be arriving at- how is it that may we be helping you on this time and day?" :rolleyes:

BDM Performance Parts Up & Running

The BDM site is up & running but there is still work to be done. There are no images for parts, etc yet. After the events of last month we should be thankful there is activity with the site at all. It does seem that we will have a parts source to access in the future. I'm happy to see that there is progress. More power to them. IMHO
