Yea, it's so tolerated and common now. If someone hits me while they're so much as TOUCHING a fucking phone I better be going to the Hospital. Otherwise I'll be going to jail for the beatdown I give.

This is easily my biggest fear when I ride. I'm always in gear with plenty of room between me and the car in front and constantly checking my mirrors when I'm at a red light. Texting while driving is completely out of control.:angry:

Exactly, too many distracted driver out there, always leave room between oneself and the vehicle in front of you with a way out when ever possible.

Sad to hear of the rider and hopefully such will have a quick and a full recovery. Texting and non hands free cell phone usage is out of control-sadly
