BDM's 2009 WOLF

It's OK, but I wouldn't buy it... It may appeal to a certain market and they have to keep testing the water of what people want and will buy. Trends are fluid..baggers and bobbers had a quick come back, but now that's starting to fade..

Agree with Chacha about the "conformal" tins, looks like Trotta's work and I'll ask him if he had anything to do with it.

Needs a fatter tire - even stock Harleys are now 200 and I wonder why they did a RSD on a 220 - Unless more cost effective with inventory production?

Noticed the new coil cover - I like that.

Makes me appreciate the bike I have now even more :) Choppers Forever -

Once again,BigDog is so innovative and they has some of the best paint jobs out there.i wonder if all of there "09" bikes are going to look like that?the way the tank flows reight into the frame is cool to.i think if they could make all there bikes look like that and clean up there act;recalls, customer service, etc.if they could do that i think nobody could touch em. nice bike

I think they should beef up the rear tyre and beef up the front end - they also give it a clean!

If you look at it, the rear fender gets narrower towards the rear. That bike needs a 250mm. Not a fan of the headlight. Looks like the replacement for the Bulldog to me. Definitely will be the top dog price wise. Agree, big dog paint is top notch. Couldn't be happier with what I consider a show quality paint job.

Looked Nice till I looked at it from the rear. That killed it for me, could use a wider tire on there. It looks funny, kind of like them trucks with fender flares and skinny tires.

I have to agree with the rear tire being too small. I do like the paint and the flow of the bike. It is a good start maybe with some feed back they will make some mods and change up the design. Thanks Nelson for the post.

I like it, I bet it's fun to ride with that 220...my next bike is going to be a sweet high hp bobber, the dog is a little too lazy for me sometimes in the curves. Trying to catch Leno...

Well always prefer the pro street more than the strech up chopper styles, but on this one, I msut say they need to do something to the rear to get it flow more. A nice 250 would be great, also the headlight is not to my liking, but the rest does have my eye.

Interested in the X Wedge, but would wait till after year 1 before I got seriously interested. Paint is always good as BDM is known for.

Cool breeze and I saw this bike in person Saturday when we visited the show. The pictures don't do the bike justice. Its long, low, and is incredible to look at. Even considering its going to be a production bike.

Its +2" longer than the K9, comes STOCK with:
chrome rims
chrome handle bar controls
chrome foot controls
chrome speedo housing
chrome headlight housing

X-WEDGE 121" motor

The only thing on the bike that's not chrome is the fender stays, and the X-wedge motor!

Priced at 30-35K (depending on paint), its still a affordable modern day custom machine, with breathtaking lines of the design.

Late summer release for 08, this bike is going to definately going to look awesome going down the street.

When asking about the 220 rear tire, BDM wants to make the bike rideable, and turn quickly in corners. Our rep told us that this bike handles like no other, and is a blast to ride.

With a 250 tire and another headlight, and some mods on the seating area, I could do that. It would have to have the sissy bar though for the long trips.

Yeah, I like the "wolf"

When I was checking out the new Wolf, there was plenty of room between the belt and the pulley for a wider tire, no problem.

And plenty of room in the fender too....

I like the swing arm and the inverted forks. The head light looks cool also. Thanks for the pics!
