Well Marv,Nuke, don't think your advanced apology is good enough for your weak ass post.
What next?
Look inward for his feminim side to be more sensitive? Maybe yoga to transcend his animosity?
Come on man, wtf you thinking? We're talking about not getting correct parts while your bikes down, not freakin finishing school. :
I'll tell you what I am thinking since you asked. I can be an asshole and not listen too but I choose not to be that way. I just recently obtained the wrong part from Big Dog Performance and communicated with them to find out there was an error in the Service Manual. I sent back the part today and they will send the correct one. I received numerous emails and phone calls to correct this and all is well. So, how does that work? You tell me smart ass! We are talking about humans and humans make mistakes. Try being nice and listening. If nothing else, the hottest women hang around you and you get to have a lot of friends. You can be assertive just don't be a dick about it.
So, what is wrong with being sensitive, what is wrong with yoga (not for me but so what), and there are plenty of companies that will send you the wrong parts and swear up and down that it is right.
Huw
PS You sound like a Bully but it won't fly with me.

. If BDPP was my company - yeah, I'd bust my ass to make it succeed. But at what cost? How long do you keep pouring in cash hoping things turn? And if you're an employee of BDPP, do you work nights and weekends just for job satisfaction? You might not get paid for all that extra time. Yeah, BDPP can do A LOT to improve. No question. But I've been on that side of things. Trust me, things aren't anywhere as easy as they seem from the customer side. An improved website with the ability to drill down on parts, etc., costs $$$$, but the return on investment may not be that great. The profit margin on t-shirts is probably better than it is on a lot of the parts. It's a catch 22. They need to spend the cash to improve the business, but they don't have the cash until they improve the business... There's a reason a huge portion of small businesses fail. They can't afford to grow. Banks ain't giving away money these days. The second year of operation is key. You either improve or you probably won't be around for the 3rd year.
