Donna's the only one in the shop on a daily basis as far as I know these days and is very busy.So far sir they have been absolutely no help when I talked to Donna last Monday to put in my order the first thing she did was pull up the axle she said she had the 07-11 axle n wondered if there was a difference in 05&07 I told her the only difference was I believe in 07 or 06 they went to 300 rear tire she said she would check and get back to me in couple hours I've not heard from her since that was last Monday wed afternoon I call left for her to call me n did the same thur. & Fri still won't return my call so sat. I left a message that the reason I wanted her to call me is so I could go ahead n order everything except the axle while she looked for one but she still hasn't returned my call . I know this has absolutely zero to do with you I thought it may interest you and I have a question could I change the swingarm to fit the 300 tire or is that more hastle than it's worth ? For now I'm going to attempt to make the axle myself and order the rest of it. I was just curious about changing the swingarm . Thanks Brother
Im still learning about this forum and how to get around in here i just lucked up and found this message. And when i said i was going to make one i bought a 16" grade8 bolt cut 2" off tomake it the right length and was still left with an inch of threads .do you know about the mechanix of the bike sir? I didnt know how deep to go into this w you. Btw ty for the 411I’m going throw this out to you as a option but for sure twistedchoppers.com sells a 1” Universal rear axle that you can adjust the length to accommodate your swingarm. The part is like $130. You said you were going to make it yourself so I assume you have the ability to do it yourself. BUT there is OTHER options besides HDM Inc. for the axle. TWISTED CHOPPERS . COM
