Yes CA. Is one of those states DMV is closed I paid all my registration.while I was waiting for Andy's 06 K-9 to be shipped... but have no plates yet...... The tolls on all the bridges are closed so they take a picture of your plate and send you a bill. Long story short DMV screwed my other half for toll evasion ticket a few years back now it's payback . I flip the bird right where the licence plate holder is when going through free.
