Yea,those are awesome. Some day, but not this day.
I got these for my dogs. They are proud of them too but man I'll never go back it worth the extra money to see around the corners on those two lane country road at night. Freaking awesome.

When I took it apart, I labeled all my wiring and took my time putting back together. Just before I finished up last night, I hooked the battery up, to see how bright the new lights will be. Turn the ignition switch on, and blew the main power fuse. (my bike is hard wired).
Spent hours today trying to find out what the heck was shorted. Finely isolated it to the tag light wire, which was confusing, because it isn't hooked up yet.
My inner fender plate is made out of diamond plate aluminum, and when I mounted it, I forgot to run the tag light wire through it's hole, and ended up pinching it against the swing arm.

Paul, that light has bank sensors and angles the beam. It's also set you back a cool $700See around the cornershow you bending the light Doc

I was confused to so I goggled the headlight then saw the price and had to figure out why it was $700. Otherwise I wouldn't have known either

I headlights in the wife's Mini, move up and down when rolling through the hills, and one of them is over $700

The headlights on my wife's Chrysler 300 do that, and they also turn side to side when you turn the steering wheel,they call them self adjusting.
Your right about the headache though if they go out.
Got all my wiring tied back in place again, front fender on, brake lights done. Picture tomorrow if I get it mounted. I was looking at my non-working speedometer, and discovered it is a Dakota digital, so I guess I'll box it up and send it in for repairs.
Back fender is on, and here's the brake lights hooked up.
