Can someone please tell me where is the cam Ignition Sensor located bike? Please
Hey Willie, you might wanna do an formal intro in the introductions forum,Can someone please tell me where is the cam Ignition Sensor located bike? Please
Ok, I was going nuts thinking where the hell is this cam positioning sensor at? I thought that might be the case but wasn't sure, thanks for the info Carlos! The 08 bikes do not have a cam position sensor. What you are looking for is the Crank Position sensor and that is located on the front of the motor. There are two plugs one is the stator plug which is a push in type plug and the Crank position Sensor is held in place by a small screw.
If you need a new sensor let me know I have a new spare one that I can sell you for $75.00 shipped

If you haven't had it off in a long time it's a pain. Use some rubber latex gloves to help you get a good grip on the beauty ring.Tried to demount Front light - think the bulb is gone bad.Low beam don-t work, jumps steady to high beam.
screwed out the small screw s (two) at the bottom of the headlight.
No moving at the front sheet before the Glass.
Gave some lubricant between lamp and ring.
What is to do to bring the front ring and the reflector out?
Want to change the bulb / mount a daymaker.

Good luck, and you haven't installed that Daymaker? I got you that almost 2 years ago! Haha

LED looks good! What a find you got! HahaThe rubber Gloves were very helpful.
Had rust and dirt from insects between ring and lamp.
First step needed hold a plastic part on the ring and strike lightly.

Then I could screw it out.
