2004 Bulldog no spark

I am not getting any spark and I have 12 volts on both sides of the coil all the time as soon as the key is turned on. I have replaced the EHC (this fixed other problems I had), replaced ignition module from another Bigdog that runs, replaced the cam position sensor, checked all plugs, verified 12v coming out when pushing run, light on ignition module comes on when I turn the key on for a second or two then goes off, while the engine is cranking the red light does NOT flash. All plugs under the tank I soldered to eliminate the plugs (I can install plugs back later). What is my issue??

I would start with the ignition. Someone should be along soon with better knowledge. I think the light should come on when you press run. It should flash while spinning the motor.
