107, Super G, pucking fuel when pitcock opened and hot?

So I removed the white one way valve in the bottom of the gas cap. It only allows air into the tank (so fuel can flow out) but when pressure builds up, and you open the pit cock it has to push out somehow.. We will test how it does with the cap venting both ways now.

Mitten another problem you may face with the stock cap is if it starts getting hard to unscrew the cap. The treads are made of composite material that ethanol gas sometimes effects it. That's what happened to me. The material swells! That's why I switched to BB Choppers gas caps!

Yes Mine has been "tight" to unscrew since i got the bike. So guessing thats the problem.

The new pop up gas cap will be here this week. will play with that and the madified stock one.

BB said he was pretty busy so, this will have to do for now.

Not much to play with on the new one from Amazon it ain't gonna fit!

Still say, call BBChopper, he might be busy but he will work it into his schedule! Remember true artist are pain in the ass but there work is Soooo worth it!

Maybe I'm just hung up! BB's gas caps screw into your existing paint saver and ya'll still want to look else where? I don't get it!!!!
