10 year Reunion

Just ship the bikes from Europe! I am shipping my Chopper Miami- Finland for 650$! Problem is it takes like 3 weeks... Airfreight is an other way to go, more expensive but you might be able to fly same plane with your bike!

Well when everyone decides where and when, then we need to coordinate a meeting site and book that. Someone needs to do an event planning committee with Tim appointing these positions. Someone local needs to look at a couple of good rides for the group. We need to look at booking a hotel as well as a camp ground for those who will be camping or Staying in RV's. I'm telling y'all a year will fly by booking and getting everything in order!

I still like the Kansas idea. Can someone start a poll with the ideas we have?
Then when we have a destination ironed out, we can start looking for volunteers in that area.
I'll do what I can, as needed, but right now I'm completely burned out, running about 19 hours a day. I lost my job a couple weeks ago, and I'm trying to get a business started as quickly as I can, to save the farm. (so to speak)

My vote would also be for Wichita. Centrally located, home of the Big Dog, and the fact that it's only a three hour ride for me is a bonus.

Wichita is about 1000 miles from here. I would trailer out but am looking forward to the trip if it happens.

Need to look at hotels, most than likely 50 or more would do a cheaper group rate, specially if we rented a lg room for a get together. Also same thing goes for camp grounds for those bringing toy haulers & RV's

Looking like Wichita going to be the spot. Haven't heart anything out of Tim. You want to put your 2 cents in? Can someone give Matt Moore a call and see how much he is willing to help? Little by little we can make this big.

I'm very serious! Most big gatherings like this are booking places 24 months in advance!

One of the old ones.
I know a convention planner who frequently organizes conferences in Wichita for a group of 125-150.
If Wichita winds up being the location, I'd be happy to communicate with her to see what she thinks about organizing something, with regard to hotels, etc.

I like Jonathan's ideas about Hot Springs, but not too much to do there except ride.
Maybe we should also consider Dallas, and see if we could talk Stroker's into considering a party theme like "Dog Day Afternoon", or "Dog Days". I don't know how they schedule that sort of thing, but if it puts a significant number of extra party folks in the building, I'd think they would like it. I'm pretty sure a number of us have gotten to know Rick and Amy across the years and would be OK to contact them to see if they would entertain such an event. The lead time really helps to plan this. And Johnathan is right about the year flying by....
Just my 2cents.

Strokers would be great!

I like Wichita or Strokers idea. Although KS might have better riding. Dallas while we can put a ride together the scenary isn't great. Unless your talking about the women!

I like the Wichita idea because I would assume Strokers would already have a large crowd and would possibly make it difficult to get the group together.
