07 K9 clutch replacment

Hey everyone! Stupid question, I'm replacing my clutch cable and I can't seem to figure out how to get the clutch cable thru the holders on the frame. There are two locations, actually the clutch adjustment sets right between the two holders. See Pics.

The inner cable will slide thru the small opening and the outer part will then go thru the hole

trust me, it's doable, I've done it before. just can't remember how I did it.

I just spoke to the company that supplied me the clutch cable. Apparently mine has the hex head nuts on them, Barnett sells a cable that doesn't have those so it slide thru the holders as where mine will not. Looks like I'm grinding the taps off and installing the older version cable clamps. They said the Barnett cable is much more expensive. The one I purchase was $65.

This is the old clutch cable you look closely to the adjustment portion that has been remove from it you can tell its more slender then the one I received.

Go the other way from clutch lever eyelet through that hole instead of down.
