Thanks man, I love the paint job and cutting edge illusions are great to work with the spent quite a few hours discussing the design concept and paint with me. The paint job set me back $ more than originally planned which will delay the build but I will not rush it. I am excited to get some miles on it though

That’s going to be tough! I have already thought about tearing into the sled and taking it down to the frame. Just to powdercoat the frame and repaint the tins. Same graphics and no changes to the build but that’s way down the road. As in 2-5 years down the road.

Hey Paul,
Riding on the 4th? :chopper:

By the way I wanna see that paint in person and get the back story...
your comments make it sound like quit the ordeal -- :spank:

but how could that be with so many "experts" that I am sure "know what YOU want"; can stick to a plan, timeline, their commitment and take mid-course corrections to stay on plan (not to be confused with a Change Order) from a paying customer all the while hearing "yeah just a little more time, a little more for that thing we forgot to talk about" and …. LOL!

PS: WARNING: watch closely how they do the gas cap flange and paint saver ring -- if incorrect it will destroy that paint job faster than...

No riding still working through the details on the bike, cleaning stuff up and maintenance.
Absolutely will have you check out the paint, no real back story to it, I really liked my tattoo and wanted to do something related to it.

Thanks Kevin, looking forward to seeing it on the ridge. I am going to have Cruz armor installed over the paint to protect it.
Looking forward to seeing your open primary on the k9 as well

I’d be afraid to ride it with a paint job like that l, primary will be on Saturday I called in help again from Doug even tho it’s straight forward an extra set of hands and eyes never hurts and it’s always fun to work on the bike with a friend
