Funny I was just checking that out, I wonder if that is the same thing as black chrome? There is another term called cerocoate probably murdered the spelling.

Yes they have different finishes and black chrome is one of them, and the other coating is Cerakote

Just ordered the raptor pegs from dlxoprodox. Love their grips and pegs.
Sending the motor out tomorrow to get assembled. It’s coming together

Update on the build.
Motor is getting assembled and should be all together right after the holidays.
Docs esc is going in the build really wanted to keep the wire plus system but couldn’t stand the rats nest.
Raptor pegs on order and should be arriving soon.
That’s about all I can do for now but it’s moving.
Looking at paint around March-may timeframe
Will post pics on the build

Wet sanded and polished the motor mount foot control mount.
Has anyone chromed theirs? I am thinking about doing it but wonder if the chrome peels it could possibly cause the motor to misalign.
Thoughts?

Wheel packages sure aint cheap.

No shit I am looking at a few companies. I may go the used route if I find something I like and get them powdercoated. I have always really like metal sport wheels but I will never pay $8k for wheels.
