Hey, hold up, that was taken way out of context.... it was a joke. Jealous, no. I think it is a great piece of work. I show the progress to my wife. I ride all of my bikes and if I put that much work and money into my bike I'd be pissed at the first rock chip. That was a it was.

Btw the progressive 422 shocks will not fit without chopping shit ! I had a chance to see it up front yesterday! I don’t take sides but I tried fit them as is and they just don’t!
I am sure the smarter guys who installed them in theirs know what they are doing when making them fit, hope they are keeping to specifications for stress etc.

A year is not a long time.
Hell I have three bikes two still have less than 10 k on them. One has over 10 k on the frame, my 1985 wide glide but the motor still has less than 10 k since last rebuild. I need to ride more!!! :( Time flies when your working OT and so many other projects. My garage is about done now. Just the blacktop and landscaping left. Now that most of all the bugs are worked out with the BD, this winter I still need to change rear shocks and fork oil & seals. Maybe clutch? Yesterday I went on the bike for about 175 mile ride. Which for me was a longer one.

Well update got the parts back from powdercoat today. Had one snafu with the speedo cup. When they powdercoated it was done as one piece and I had to sand it down to separate the housing. Not sure if specified to do them separately? Back to electro tech to start over on the cup :(
