04 Chopper Rear Rotor

I got a 04 chopper and I need to replace the rear rotor. It looks like the rotor can be removed but I am not sure if the rotors off of ebay

would work or not. Can anybody shed some light on this for me please or point me in the right direction where I could find one.

hmmm...
much different than my 04 Chopper rotor,
I had Curtis (Wild Steed) get a front rotor, mad clown style, machine the center hole larger to fit the rear and it worked ok.
There was some break in pulsation for the first 800 miles and then it went away; but I think it was from a burr on manufacturers drilled air vent holes on the rotor not from the hole he machined.

I’d really hate to have to get a whole new rotor assembly since they match my rims. Those set screws do look like they can be removed.

Call jp cycles and give them the two dimensions you need. I'm sure they have something that will work

You will need the exact o.d. and bore in order to get match.

Some stock harley rotors may work. Uou should pull it to measure
.also need the thickness to match.

The one you saw on eBay won't work. You will probably have to get it from Performance Machine, if Donna doesn't have one.

Not before you remove the wheel.

I would definitely send your picture to Donna.
There is a possibility she has the complete rotor assembly.
If you want just the friction disk call PM and see if they have them in stock.
