One more thing I noticed yesterday and make me confused.. I fired up normally, short trip 10km and turned off.. After 5 minutes I try to start the engine but click click click... Battery too low about 11.60V?? Charging system failure, reley or battery?? I'm new owner of big dog so please give me some directions

Get a handful of spark plugs, go do some plug chops, cut plugs apart and see where you are for jetting, make sure you hit the ranges you are trying to jet for.

If you are only at 11.6 after riding, you likely have a charging system or battery issue.
Charge the battery up at home.
Fully charged battery will be 12.8v
start bike
voltage should be 13V+, rev engine up to about 2000-3000 rpm and voltage should max out at 14.4v
if voltage does not increase or meet these levels its likely your charging system.
If it get that level but the battery still reads below 12.8v, you likely need a new battery.
Many threads on here will tell you to buy a Deka and I can't argue with that -- stay away from cheap no name batteries that make outlandish cca claims.

You may find that you need to go down on the main jet, as that air cleaner DOESN'T flow a lot of air. Also, I would put a set of lollypops in the pipes, if there's NO baffles in them . They will help to bring the torque up with those pipes.
