I'll be leaving tomorrow afternoon. I'm not intending on staying in Camden for the event.
I'll be staying at a campground 121 miles away from the Douglas estate and riding in each day.

I've always been of the opionion that if you're riding in to an event daily, you don't deserve a I rode Mine to XXX patch or longest mileage patch/award.
I told a friend of mine years ago whenshe showed up in MB with her boyfriend and she bought a I rode Mine pin that since she wasn't allowed to wear it since they trailered to North Myrtle Beach (which is a seperate town) with a "town" inbetween them. I still have it in my collection since she agreed and surrendered it to me and I told her she'd get it back if she ever RODE to the event -- well that was over 10yrs ago!
Seems to me that the RIDERs can't make it this year or can't get the needed time to RIDE.
Keith -- if you do that, at the very least CROSS at least ONE state line!
