Let me say thanks for all the input/suggestions and add a little more insight to this thread. I had changed all the fluids after four months of storage, road it four time and did not have any problem with shifting until a month later when I took it for a run to Yosemite. I adjusted the clutch thinking it needed adjustment but was still having problem with the bike creeping, hard shifting, finding neutral an so forth. From reading the threads, I thought it might be the bearing carrier or hub so off to the dealer I go. Before dropping the bike at the dealer, I called Big Dog Customer Service Department about this and they told me to take it to the dealer and they would take care of it.
The mechanic got into the primary and pulled the clutch. He said the clutch was fine and the only problem was a leak in the transmission seal. He told me that tranny fluid was leaking into the primary and little was left in the tranny case which cause the creeping, hard and miss shifting but no damage too the tranny. A day later the dealer called and told me that they will take care of the seal if I did not mind paying for it and take care of all the recalls. They also told me that Big Dog was willing to upgrade my old tach for the newer tach at no cost to me. Mind you my bike has been out of warranty for a year so hats off to Big Dog.:up:
I just got the bike from the dealer today and it ran like a champ. I put over a hundred mile today and with out any problems. Life is good.
For those who are still having problem with their clutch and tranny, Brothers, I feel your pain.
