Great pictures Shannon . it Kinda brings a dose of reality to see how encroachment of the non natives are closing in and that there are still lots of cleanup to do from the tornado as lots of those structures aren’t there anymore. It’ll be ready for September and yes lots of room for trailers and campers or whatever. As was said earlier , if you hang out here than you are welcome in September.

Who needs BBB to party @ the farm? Not me.
My first year at the farm I never made it to BB&BBQ, last year I did make it downtown one day - BFD, was not impressed.
So unless they get a blues band in I want to see, it'd unlikely I'll make it down there again.
Seen one bike week, you've seen them all at this point. Last year I did need to get some glasses, so it was beneficial!

Looking forward to retirement
In 2017 & 2018 we went down to Dickson st on Saturday night. Just a waste of time. If idiots on crotch rockets popping rev limiters going back and forth. Bars are packed, very crowded. Last yr we stayed in on Saturday night at the farm. SOOOO much better!

Hey Roadie -- you still interested in doing Natchex-Trace on the way this year? Let me know.
As of right now I am scheduled to arrive in Bentonville (hotel) on 9/21 but I can shuffle the hotel easily.

Need extra miles on the way this year, can't let Minuteman slip in again and upstage me on most miles ridden to get to Dave's!

Hey Minuteman -- are you coming this year, hope so.
Not sure yet, a few things are developing up here for me.
1-Our team in Curling will have to play-in to get back into the league, if Curling even happens here, as we have not opened much yet
2-Was suppose to have surgery in March on my wrist, but was cancelled
3-My co-worker has decided to retire this fall, which means I am the only person in the field upon his retirement. working on extending his retirement.
Other then that I am considering my 5-day ride to Dave's

We visited Dickson street early last year. We successfully avoided the crowds by arriving around 9:00 AM. It was interesting to see the spectacle for the first time. It was pretty crazy by early afternoon though. If you haven't seen a big rally you gotta experience it. I would join someone if they wanted to go early. No way I'd sit in traffic to get there though. Stiff clutch + hard-to-find neutral = worst traffic machine ever.

I agree there is high probability the main rally won't happen.

The ROT rally here was supposed to happen next weekend, but it was cancelled a couple of months ago.

You have to know the back way in.....no traffic :) So far its still a go for September, but who knows. Give me a call and I'll give you a short cut to Dickson street. Of course I only go down there on Thursday night, Friday and Saturday is a mad house

Knows some things
Alrighty folks. Ive got Friday's dinner menu.
We gonna have
Ribs
Brisket
Beans
Coleslaw
Corn on the cob
Maybe a cobbler of some kind. (Mob rules will dictate.)
I'll take care of the deserts, if you like. Also cookies, and if enough people beg, I can maybe get cinnamon rolls for breakfast.
