Yes I do thank uDo you still have the Thunder heart ignition system? If so pull it out and throw it away. I went with the crane Hi-4 programmable. Simple easy replacement. Everything is in the nose cone. Mug 04 Chopper left me stranded in a very similar situation.

Thank u what would make the coil not firer I have power to it just not out of ig.its a new oneVoltage reg probably failed to cook the battery. Check that too once it's running back up.
Thanks.if I want to just rewirer the whole bike what would u use.dont know the best set upThe cam sensor or the unit in the cone. You'd have to test the unit in the cone against the specs from each wire, as would you see the resistances in the cam sensor to determine who has failed, Same goes for the coil test... process of elimination.
Do you know if there is anyway to bypass the crank shaft sensor???The cam sensor or the unit in the cone. Not possible, it is needed so the ignition knows when to fire. If your talking about your 03 It has a cam sensor. Same function different name. Different location.Do you know if there is anyway to bypass the crank shaft sensor???

Yes... you must ask 'wallet' if you want to go that way. Then Go pre 1999, post 1984 hd OEM parts.Do you know if there is anyway to bypass the crank shaft sensor?
Hi Hulsey, It seems from the thread you have decided not to rewire the complete bike. It may be best to go back to square one and be clear on what happened originally, what you have replaced successfully and finally where you are in the troubleshooting process. The more clear information you give the better the chance someone on this site will be able to help you.I have a 2003 big dog mastiff I was coming home and the battery got hot and started smoking.well I have put a battery stator two coils.and I still can't get any firer out of the coil.if someone could help me out would be great.
