Those numbers are probably right about where they should be for a mostly stock bike. At this point, the thing that's holding you back the most is the cam. The stock 546 doesn't have enough lift or overlap to allow a big inch engine to breathe at high rpm. Drop in a good cam and the Thunderheart Programmable Ignition and you should be well over the century mark.

Milco, did you get the jetting worked out? If so, what jets did you end up with?
Better to jet your own and not go off ok what others are running every bike will be different , it’s really a very simple process just look up s&s carb tuning it will walk you through it, unless your the type that prefers being told the answers and not finding them in your own

A few of us were trying to help Milco with some hesitation problems. Anyways, I run a mikuni, so this makes no difference to me. I was just interested in how his bike was running.

John you are right the DynoJet is more positive! The 96 HP is enough for me, the Dog just rides fine!
The Dyno-Jet dyno just registers/shows higher numbers, than a SuperFlow dyno. Doesn't improve or add more power and torque.
