2003 Chopper fork service with rubber dust caps

I`ve had a few of them now, and done the forks on every one. Though this one has different fork legs. Having problems getting them off.
There should be some locking pins under the rubber dustcaps right?
And any trick to get em off? I dont have new ones in the service kit i bought. Only the std seals that fit on the other type.
So i dont wanne damage em...

I don't know about those caps, but go to Harbor freight and get a wheel chock to mount on that table. Before you drop that bike on its side.PART_1580660329385.jpeg
