BD Baggers that are in good shape are hard to come by. When I found mine it had the paint scheme that I wanted and it was not up for sale at the time but the guy was thinking about selling it so I got really lucky. To make it even a sweeter deal he only lived about an hour from me. So it took me about two years to find the one I wanted but I was really picky.

Some odd about that one. Missing floor boards. Seems like there was something else. I saw it a while back. Quite a few miles too.
I am thinking that the guy must have sold it to that dealer because he needed to sell it .

Eric - which new bike to get is an interesting problem to have. :)

I kinda figure the chopper and K9 are similar, so adding a bike seems like a great opportunity to have real choices when you ride - chopper for style, or bagger for 2-up comfort. Chopper vs K9 wouldn't be that different.

I love the K9. so its really about what you're looking for.

I like your plan of swapping out the whole stable so you end up with both the K9 and the bagger. :)

So let's say you found a nice bagger...... What would you be willing to pay for it? I see what folks are asking, I know the bike is "rare" I also know the freaking things are almost 10yrs old now.

Shit, I'm starting to sound like NoH2O......;)

This is hilarious :) when I bought mine the book value was 17400 which is good, I didn't pay anywhere near that for mine. For me when I was looking 15k was top end. If you could get one around 15k I would definitely say it would be worth it. I sure enjoy my bagger and wouldnt sell it for twice that price, if that means anything.
