Did your dealer do a firmware update on the EHC
I am here in Greenville and use Xtreme for everything. They have done a solid job for me all the way. They have a good relationship with BDM from what I can tell. The BDM guys (Jason Ohmester) were set up with them in Myrtle Beach for bike week. I did tell them of one issue I was having but they seem to have forgotten to check on it. I am going to have to have them look at it again next time I am up there.The dealer is Xtreme Cycles in Simpsonville..... No WW, they did not do the update.(maybe they uninstalled the update it cause it was working fine until I took it in,lol) I just learned about this from Anne's Dixon(BDM warranty specialist) email. They told me they had done eveything oustanding as far as the service bulletins and recalls were concerned..... Not a big deal but miss seeing that needle climbing fast & steady.
