Mandatory flu shot at work

That would have pissed me off big time. My Employer offers a flu shot but it is not mandatory. I do not get one. I have seen people at work that got thier shot and got sick. I believe it does help most people but it should be YOUR CHOICE.

That is all I am saying. They should not be allowed to force you to get the shot.

I have been taking the shots for many years as I get them based upon my doctors advise. This year he wanted me to also take the pneumonia shot as well, he mentioned that most likely I will not feel good for a couple of days and man the dude was right. But I am worried that if I do not have the shots bad things may happen as I have had friends get real sick and land in the hospital for a spell. Just my 2-cents worth.

Even if its free there is still paperwork that you had it, I never heard of any place you could walk into and get the shot and walk out without giving any information.
ok -- I haven't had a flu shot for at least 40+ yrs so I have no experience with getting a "free shot" -- Hey it was just a thought.
