BB, this was superfly's scoot .. works better than ever now. Easy to pull clutch and grabs real well. Only problem is primary vent broken so its spitting fluid until its replaced.Holy shit look out Gas!!!! Damn Show did you buy a brand new motor just for this post????![]()

Good post dude!! Bet ya used a torque wrench on that primary cover!!!!
For me I just started from the lever and worked my way in. The clutch system is really a simple system. Its not complicated, it just takes a little time to check everything.Great Job Gas :2thumbs: ....looks like to much work for me . Taking mine to Rodney's in Little Rock AR saturday to get it looked at. I'll tell him Chris said to check the clutch basket nut first. Got to get a new rear tire anyway and do some work in Little Rock. I'll let you know what they find and how much money you saved![]()
.
Check with your boys up there for this Sunday, I go on call next Friday...BB, this was superfly's scoot .. works better than ever now. Easy to pull clutch and grabs real well. Only problem is primary vent broken so its spitting fluid until its replaced.
We need to try again some time ... my mistake / mixup I thought it was 441/17-92 - looking on a map we were about 10 miles off!! Great day for a ride too!
Hey... it just so happened that you're did the same thing that mine did. Even a blind squirel finds a nut every once and a while.Good Call Chris :2thumbs: . Nut was loose on the clutch basket. You nailed this one. :2thumbs:
