So I'm undoing all my wiring in anticipation of my new ehc arriving. I have the bike up on my stand when I hear a clicking from my rear wheel as I turn it. I have a video. Can I upload it?
Sure, you might have to do it thru media or post the link from you tubeSo I'm undoing all my wiring in anticipation of my new ehc arriving. I have the bike up on my stand when I hear a clicking from my rear wheel as I turn it. I have a video. Can I upload it?
Could be belt /pulley alignment? So I'm undoing all my wiring in anticipation of my new ehc arriving. I have the bike up on my stand when I hear a clicking from my rear wheel as I turn it. I have a video. Can I upload it?
It says the video is private, I think you need to share it on YouTube?here is a you tube link.
I am almost leaning toward your belt is not aligned.Changed the settings. Should be able to view now. Thanks
It worked for me. Kinda sounds like the belt. Does it make the sound gif you turn the tire the other way?It says the video is private, I think you need to share it on YouTube?

Also watch the belt as you rotate is around the pulleys. The teeth should be aligned with the grooves. It worked for me. Kinda sounds like the belt. Does it make the sound gif you turn the tire the other way?
With the tire in the air 3/8 is pretty damn tight. It will be very tight when bike is down.Teeth seem to be aligned. Belt deflects about 3/8
With good quality bearings made in the USA...For peace of mind change the bearing.

Can you move the tire laterally? Wondering if it's bad bearings.

From the vid it sounds like the belt being far too tight..It's not difficult. How rough of a job is that??
