Gotcha, the only reason I went 22 is cuz I had no choice to. I was going to ride this morning, started her up, let her warm up while I geared up and she died, I looked at my trip and I had 128 on it, flipped it to reserve and ran fine.. I opted to take my truck and not chance the 8 miles to the nearest open gas station that time of morning.. so tonight when I get home I'll ride her up to the gas station that is only a mile away but isn't open 24/7..
Probably a good choice. Never fun to run out of fuel especially on the way to work. :old2:

Around town riding... Sputters at 112 Miles. Highway get to around 150 before the dreaded sputter.

My question is what RPM are you guys running to get 35+ mpg. I get 25 - 30 and never more. On the freeway 30 is the most I have seen. I typically cruise the freeway at 3000 rpm and when in the mountains more like 3500-4500. 117, E carb, V&H pipes, Thunder Heart programmable ignition set to 3.
