I'm pretty sure your axel is threaded in, can you spin it with an Allen wrench?
That look like the only option to spin out the socket head side.
I think its like Cdoggy said, turn it out as far as it will come and use a rag and vise grips and hit the vise grips to try and pull the axle out. You might have to lift the tire if it dropped any on the threaded side, you should be able to lift the tire up and down while turning the axle to feel for the sweet spot to pull it out.

Also is your fender removed? I usually loosen the axle until it starts to loosen, turn the wheel all the way to the left, from there I push the forks in on the threaded side and use the Allen socket loosening and pulling simataneously (which is why you need the fender/brace removed) on the ratchet to help slide it through. Hopefully they put anti seize on the axle to help slide it through. also make sure any pinch bolts/set screws are removed if yours forks have them!
This works for me

I have tried all of the above. I called tect support and they told me because they only made 150 wolfs that they dont remember how to remove the front tire, also nothing in service manual. I had someone tell me that it is a two piece axle, just like a bicycle. But they still couldn't tell me how to remove. We have put vise grips on it and hit it with a hammer and nothing. It comes out only so far and stops. Is there anyone on this form that worked at big dog. Thanks

Try calling Strokers or Andrew Barnes at Barnesperformance in new york, I can't believe that's the answer you got at the new Big Dog. I also wonder if Donna or Derek have any forks in stock that Derek would know how it comes apart.

If its out far enough to put the vise grips on it and it won't turn anymore or come out, I would think that the weight of the wheel is binding it when the threads came out of the other side
