You have more gas than air flow.... 80 is too big....2016 k9 124cid super G carb I changed the intermediate from #31 to #33 runs good in low rpm I also changed main jet from #76 to #80 and now blowing gas out carb on full throttle help!!!
Bigger is always better ain't it?Why did you change them in the first place? What was it doing?
will not get up and run I am thinking heavy breather more airWhy did you change them in the first place? What was it doing?
I am thinking heavy breather more air other then the SS tear drop that came with it going to try the 78 main for now31 and 78 seems just perfect and I've upgraded exhaust and air cleaner maybe your main is to big
S&S tear drop on a new K9?I am thinking heavy breather more air other then the SS tear drop that came with it going to try the 78 main for now
For every action the wife will have something negative to say about it...For every action.... fill in the rest.
Ain't that that truth! For every action the wife will have something negative to say about it...
I agree gas should not be coming out of the air cleaner.Regardless of the jetting, gas really shouldn't be coming out of the air cleaner. You mention "under full throttle" so your obviously moving. I would venture to say that it's an air cleaner design flaw that is creating a siphon effect. It's no different than not blocking the back of a hood scoop off. It will siphon the fuel out as air passes over the air horn.
That's what SHE said.....Bigger is always better ain't it?
