Regardless of the jetting, gas really shouldn't be coming out of the air cleaner. You mention "under full throttle" so your obviously moving. I would venture to say that it's an air cleaner design flaw that is creating a siphon effect. It's no different than not blocking the back of a hood scoop off. It will siphon the fuel out as air passes over the air horn.

Exactly! I, stupidly once, tried to ride with a fountain pop sitting in my fork bag. BAD IDEA!! :oldnono: The faster I went, the more pop got pulled up and outta the straw. (had the stickiest shirt and pants crotch ya ever seen) :oldeek: I'm thinkin you are right about the siphon thing!:yesnod:

I agree gas should not be coming out of the air cleaner.

Very possible, but I can't help but notice that there is no complaint of this specific issue before Brian9094 changed the jets. However, there could be a design flaw which is made worse by the increased fuel ratio therefore causing this. Or simply too big of jetting.

Brian9094 let us know how the #78 does.
