Ker, what's the issue here?I don't think your screwed, but it does take them awhile to get back to you, could be weeks, not very good customer service. Not that this helps you but I ran into another guy today that put in a RIP -2 and can't get the bike running or any answers from the phone. I went with an ESC from DOC's and if he doesn't answer the phone because he's on it, he will call you back ASAP, within 20 minutes, excellent customer service.![]()
It's gotta be user install issue. I installed the RIP gen1 and it's pretty simple I had a 1 page document for instructions which I basically threw in the trash. I will admit the really annoying part about the RIP kit is they changed the wire color from stock which I can't understand. Although they are labeled .
I don't like at all how the Run/Off button works on the RIP kit otherwise everything else is as expected.
