Not a puff of oil on startup, or as it idles and runs, nor at throttle up. That shows a well assembled engine. Good job. Yes, 'shake it down' as they say. Start from the front axle on up to the forks, then all the way back is check every nut, bolt, and screw for tightness before the shakedown.

FWIW, I never screwed with the enrichners on my bikes. Just hit the starter and flutter the gas a little while the motors turning over. Looked like that thing was a bitch to start. Glad she's going tho.

I've never had to use my enricher...always fired up after 3 twists of throttle....I used it this time because it was BONE DRY

I have to use it all the time (in winter), just three seconds and down it goes. If not, always starts at the second or three attempt, which I think its a waste of battery and starter.
