I,m going to try one more thing on the connections at the EHC. Possibly heat affecting pins on connectors & ehc. If that don,t do it I will get back to you Kickstart & see how we can get that one you have up here. I have about 3 weeks before it goes to new owner. This bike has less than 1000 miles on it & this is the second ehc. First one went at 250 miles under warranty. I have not ridden this much as you can tell. Got other bike & not as tough as I thought I was for a rigid.

I do not and will never use an EHC again. If I purchase a new big dog, out it comes! I have ESC from DOC's, did the job one time, don't have to do it ever year. Too each they're own pain. I vote for a forum poll. Then we're not guessing 95% of the problems are not related to the EHC, they're all related to the electrical system which is operated by the EHC. Just sayin..
You need to get good battery, I use the TR B-1500 which has 465 CCA and it turns that baby like top no matter if it's cold or hot. They are pricey
. Get a good one charge it up,( not a battery tender) for at least 24 hour (slow charge) and if it doesn't crank then you have more than just an Electrical Problem.
Get the Bike to crank and if it doesn't start we can diagnose it from there.

. Now you're good to go and it wasn't the EHC.
