When you check for 12v across the red, put your positive lead on the red pin and the negative lead on the black pin. I had an issue a few years ago where I had 12v on the power but if if I tested the pins I found the pin on the ground broke and ended up having to ground the unit directly to the battery.Hum, Yes stock EHC. When I check power to module I took apart the four wire plug going to the module and check the red wire from the EHC. When I hit the run button. Then plugged it back in and took apart the three wire plug going to the cam sensor and had power on the red wire also.
Is that how you did it? I know it's a pain in the ass.
Any spark at the plugs?
