WANT TO THANK EVERYONE in THIS FORUM, and the FORUM itself for helping me maintain and FIX my DOG!!! AND all the VENDORS as well!!!!

100's of years of experience on here!!! Thanks all you guys! And I've made quite a few friends....

So...my dog currently looks like the picture attached...and I will be rebuilding it all in the next month or so, forks, front end, triple trees, doing fall-away, top end engine etc....would anyone like videos of certain processes of how I do them? AND, IF I'm doing them wrong, criticism is welcome.....

Don't want to step on anyone's toes, again, I would NOT be where I am at today, if it weren't for this forum, the great DIY's from forum members and ALL YOU GUYS!

We all still get questions etc, and we all can read a manual, but sometimes a video helps a lot as well....

Let me know...if no interest, I'll totally understand!!!

Your handlebars look a little low, might need to tighten them and install some new bushings.

So it's NOT really a rolling chassis, but a frame up? Wow! Get yourself a manual if you want to build it spec....that'll help you out a lot!

Lots of DIYs on here to help you out. If you really get lost, post on here and someone will chime in and help you.

Pit bulls are a little different than my RB....and being an '08, probably EFI....

Once you have downloaded the manual the schematics and diagrams are pretty much right on and very detailed. As are the disassembly and reassembly instructions.

A few tips from a guy who has broken lots of stuff on his bike, that would be me.

Read the manual and follow all torque specs and if it says to use Loctite use Loctite.

Buy yourself some decent tools. Including a foot pound and an inch pound torque wrench.

If you're using an Allen wrench or hex/Starkey if it wiggles left and right even just a hair it's the wrong size, as with sockets as well.

Don't use an impact unless the manual requires it.

If you think you have to cut wires to disassemble or Reassemble something, you are wrong.

Most all of the bolts on this bike are grade 8, not grade 5 that you can pick up at Lowe's, Home Depot or any other hardware store, it's your life on two wheels. You can find most any bolt even chrome bolt grade 8 at Bolt depo or even fastenal. Most bolt sizes can be found in the manual.

And when you are completely lost post here and we will gladly help you.

Great post man. I downloaded the manual and printed it out. Im putting it in a three ring binder now Thanks for all the help. My next step is to get the frame powder coated. I will post pics on how the build is going.

Just for you @chubs, I'm charging my go pro up and will do some videos...I'll create my youtube channel and share it....start a gofundme account because editng out all the profanity and fuck ups may be required....on second thought, I'll just put a disclaimer in there about NC17 rating....

BUT, I would need @francoblay1's yellow, V-string SPEEDO as a costume first....

BTW, NEVER going to see me looking like Burt Reynolds in a yellow Speedo...although it does match @francoblay1's bike.....
