I have a excellent one off my '09 K9, I switched to the Baker Open Belt Drive. Do you need the clutch too? I let my riding buddy have my flawless clutch when his took a crap. I have his clutch but something is not right with it.
I am heading to Ohio as soon as I get off work today(on my lunch now), I will respond as soon as I get back Sunday.[/
If it is a belt Drive I am interested!!!!
And BDLTook me 2 years to find one ,, there are I believe only 2 that will fit , Baker and Karata , I went with a 3 inch Karata ,, good luck
Frank I love it, it took me a few rides to gt use to it. But now WOW! NO clutch slippage. The more throttle you apply the tighter this bitch grabs! I have a BDL open primary with a BDL lock up clutch with a ball bearing lock up disk. The ball bearing disk work off of centrifical force. The more throttle you pour on the harder they are thrown into the lock up clutch pack and the harder everything grabs. Don't get me wrong, it works like a normal clutch except with no slipping the clutch, not even when taking off from a dead stop. That's where you have to get use to bouncing the clutch lever a little. There is NO clutch slipping. And since this is a dry clutch. About every 500 miles take the outer bowl cover off the clutch area of the open primary and take an air hose with a snout and poke around in there blowing the clutch disk powder out.Jonathan, what brand lock up are you using? I have been thinking about one also.

That open primary really goes well with the down tube stickers too!
That , I can not answer! Thanks Jonathan. I wonder if one is available for a wet clutch?
Thanks for looking Bowhunter.Wow, I totally read that wrong, must have been half asleep. Sorry to say that I have a factory 'Wet' primary sitting on the shelf, not a belt drive.
