Wichita is a good idea because our dogs were born there. The roads are flat and in the middle of farmland pretty much. Not a lot to do in Wichita though. Maybe ride up to Topeka or Kansas City or out towards colorado. I think Dallas is a good idea.

Not going to happen unless you sign a lease for the property. Trust me, unless something has changed recently it's been tried, offers made and those signs aren't going anywhere anytime soon was the last I heard.

I know Kansas is where these bikes were made, I was just thinking about rides once we all get there, the Ozarks would be much better!

The Geographic Center of the United States (contiguous 48) is located about two miles northwest of Lebanon, Kansas. Take US Highway 281 north 1 mile, and turn west one mile on K-191 to the maker that has been erected at the end of the paved road. The actual center is about a half mile away in the center of a former hog farm.
There really isn't very much to see or do at the Geographical Center of the United States, but if you are passing through the area on US highways 36 or 281, it is worth driving the short distance from Lebanon.

I use to live not to far from there. Small rolling hills, straight roads, few trees, in other words, a good place for a newbie to learn to ride. Not much different from what it is like around Wichita. If we're going to have a hundred plus bikes on a ride, this might be the safest way to ride. With Wichita being the birth place of our beloved steeds, it's only right that this should be our gathering place. If anybody is looking for a great place to ride, my place is open to any of you. I can accommodate 50 or so people for a party.
