BIG BASTARD
Can anyone with the new led light installed actually hear the fan running. I was going to go for a ride yesterday afternoon and when I turned the key on, I could hear the fan running and it was rather noticeable. I wouldn't think it should be and after the install I don't remember hearing it.
Just installed mine and I cant hear the fan running at all.:flag:

I can hear the fan when the bike hasn't been started. I don't think it's a big deal and actually it's good that I know it's working

I'm going to pull mine back apart Wednesday evening just to make sure the fan isn't gnawing on something. I didn't notice it until the second time I was going for a ride. I'll post my findings. Thanks for the tip Ker and I'm about deaf
If it has gotten ridiculously loud for some reason let me know and I will send you a replacement so you can send that one back to me.

Dern! I just popped for 2. Hope it ain't weeks before they arrive..... I am HID poor.
There are at least 10 around the shop somewhere. These will save time and be much
neater install.

Now all I need is a tach/speedo combo !!

Thanks

Stock arrived today Ron so yours will be in the mail tomorrow.

Are you looking for the Bracket and Tach to go with your 03 Speedo?

WOW! Nice!! No holes to drill, No grinder.
Very near my 55 watt HIDs AND no hassle install, simple plug and play.

I should have got 20.. or 50 but my pocket said no :( .....stupid pocket anyway.

Big Thanks to KaptinAmerika

So there are some that still want more light.
Opinions regarding a 3 bucket pyramid that would allow you to adjust each light giving you up to twice the road coverage and twice the brightness.
The buckets are a mini 3.5" version of the BD bucket and could be installed as 2 up 1 down meaning 2 between the tubes above the lower triple and one below it.

This really is a good light at a good price and if you are thinking about it, or are on the fence, get in on this great deal before it ends and Curtis starts the new April deal.

This light makes my night riding so much safer and I ride a lot at night and this has turned out to be one of the best Mods to the hound...:2thumbs:

For the month of March only our Super Sweet LED headlight will be available for a low low price of $49.95.

Get em while their hot.

In fact I am feeling completely insane.

BUY TWO AND GET THEM FOR $39.95 EACH...................:willy_nilly::here:

Well crap, there was no way I anticipated this type of response.
We have 3 left, out of 60 2 days ago, so bare with us for a couple of weeks and we will have more in stock at this price. You may want to go ahead and purchase now though as this second load might not last long either and we will only be doing this through March.

Any help with install; does the bezel unscrew? How do you get into existing bulb to remove?
Thx
HELP:

Ya, drink about a six pack and take a nerve relaxing pill or do a joint. Then try to twist off the outer ring using a rubber pair of gloves. When that doesn't work take a rubber mallet and hit the outer ring until your arm is sore then go back to the rubber glove.

In a few days when you get the outer ring off you will see a second ring on the inside. Get your rubber mallet and a BIG screw driver and bang at it until it comes off or you give up. In a couple of days when it comes off you can take the lens out (if you haven't cracked it or broken it in a hundred pieces) and the H-4 bulb. The LED will fit where the H-4 did and just plug it in.

Putting it back together the rubber gasket will fall off the outside shell which you won't be able to hold in place when you put it back together so you will toss it and your headlight will leak and rattle.

You will love the LED but hate yourself for not doing it right.

Have fun!
