Engine hot, Engine stop and dont work

Two oil coolers? Why? Your engine should not NEED two oil coolers...especially in germany.....did you put those on because it was getting too hot before?

I drive in 100 F degree weather, sit at a traffic light, yes my bike gets hot, oil temp 230+ F sometimes, but I don't have an oil cooler.....and mine doesn't shut down....

I have already bought the Mastiff so. The running previously in Florida.

If you are running two oil coolers and your bike is still getting that hot, I think you have more issues...does your oil light come on?

Mit zwei ölkühler glaube ich hast du mehrere Probleme wenn dein HUND immer noch so heiss wird....kommt dein öl licht an?

No oil pressure indicator does not come on. But the oil pressure gauge also depends indeed only an oil pressure transmitter or ...? Or is there also a Öltemperturlampe indicating if the oil is too hot?

You can get an oil temperature gauge....I have one.....and I have an oil pressure gauge as well.

If your light isn't coming on, then your oil pressure is good...

The oil coolers are not so hot. You can actually still good grip with your fingers. Think that the so about + 50 ° C will have. But my toolroll, embossed hung on the radiator, because I know that too cold oil also is not good for the engine. Could also be a kind of neoprene over the radiator stuck with us when the weather is too cold.

Die Ölkühler werden nicht so heiß. Die kann man eigentlich immer noch gut mit den Fingern anfassen. Denke dass die so ca. +50°C haben werden. Habe aber meine punzierte Werkzeugrolle an die Kühler gehängt, da ich weiss, dass ein zu kaltes Öl auch nicht gut für den Motor ist. Könnte auch eine Art Neoprene über die Kühler stecken wenn bei uns das Wetter zu kalt ist.

könntest auch die oelkuhler ausbauen....mein motor wird natürlich auch heiss....wuerde meine finger da auch verbrennen, aber abschalten tut meiner nicht.....in florida ist ja ne Wahnsinns Hitze im Sommer meistens...aber zwei oelkuhler...WOW....zu kühles öl is nicht gut....ich glaube es hat mit dem camshaft sensor zu tun oder vielleicht mit der Zündung irgendwo.....Ich würde auch mahl den Vergaser durchgehen und wieder einstellen....

Ich hab das original EHC nicht mehr, aber wenn mann die software at für die EHC, könnte man eventuell die Zündung ändern...Ich hab aber damit keine Ahnung.....

Looking at your pic, the oil line between your two coolers looks kinked!
I would change the straight fittings for 90 degree ones!

It is dangerous for american motorcycles to ride on German autobahns. Harley's and BIGDOG's are too slow for the german Autobahn. On the highway there are velocity determinations. There are only allowed to drive faster than 200km/h on German Autobahns. With my business car (Audi A5 diesel) I drive almost always around 250 to 270km / h. Many thanks Paul, you have a really good eye. I just once looked at my moped / check if the hose has a kink. Unfortunately not, it only looks in the picture like this. But will the 90 ° fittings can make it. Thank you for your tip

make sure the fuel line is not too close to a heat source causing vapor lock. ??????????? Explain to me how u do that. there is no other place to put the fuel line. it goes right to the engine.
