So I have a guy coming this afternoon to pick up my K9. Bought it a year and a half ago, rode it a couple thousand miles and made $3K on it by reselling it. So I thought what the hell, I'll just buy a BDM Bulldog since I like my HD Street Glide so much. Went online to see about some parts from BDM Performance Products and they are gondo. Looks like as of Oct 2013 Intrust took everything left that was Big Dog??? Glad I got mine sold. To damn bad. Nice bikes.....

I think Derrick and Donna will keep us in parts for a while. Hope ya find another Dog ya like.

I see the Bull Dogs on E bay now n then .
Better yet customize your Street Glide yourself .
You can do just about anything you want to
it just takes time and $.

I have also have a 2008 Mastiff and was also disappointed that BDM is apparently gone for good. Not to sound stupid but I'd like to put Derrick and Donna in my file for future parts needs. What is their business, phone numbers etc? Thanks

I'm in bad mood. had a fight with wife.
So StreetHog what is your point? You are clever we are not? I never bought a BigDog to make money, I just like the fucking bike and will not sell it no matter what happens with the company. I loose money, so fucking what, at least I do something I love while loosing it.

I have always heard that a manufacturer must have replacements parts for 10 years. Even though BD is in Chapter ? I wonder if this would still apply, anyone know?

The other alternative is to buy another dog and use it for parts, they are pretty cheap now.

On a more positive note, the fender struts and sissy bars are relatively easy to manufacture. I would think one of the vendors should do a group buy and just have them made.
